About Web 2 Pills
Web 2.0 is taking the world by storm. Every other person has (or is planning) a web 2 presence. Gone are the days when a simple myname.com would be the identity and the existence of a person. Today identity and existence have evolved. They are two distinct entities. Now it is about number of “subscribers” to your blog’s feed, number of “fans” you have on a social networking site, number of people “following” you on a mini-blogging site, so on and so forth. Today you cant have an passive identity on the web. You must contribute. You must exist. You must participate.
Individual brilliance is the thing of past. Today its about collaboration and sharing and feeding everyone some food for thought.
At one point in time, buzzwords were geocities, batchmates, HTML and Search Engine Optimization. Now the words are Facebook, AJAX, tags, Social Media and more. Moore’s classical double-in-eighteen-months law has failed to keep up with the speed things and keywords are evolving.
Web 2 Pills is an attempt to take snapshots of things as they happen, technology as it evolves and WEB.02 as it progresses. ‘Web 2 Pills’ is also an attempt to discover the right platform to launch few ideas and seem them to fruition. The idea here is not just to aggregate a lot of hyper links (for that you could just subscribe to google alerts) the idea is to relate the latest that’s going around on the web to what we think or plan to achieve in our own way in this field. How social media on Web.02 has an impact on the physical world that we live in.

That will be all for the time being
